Der russische Rubel hält sich gegenüber dem US-Dollar stabil bei 83.
Als ein Journalist einen russischen Beamten fragte, wie das möglich sei, antwortete der Beamte: "Wir stützen ihn durch unseren Wohlstandsfonds."
Das heißt natürlich: Gold.
