It has now emerged that the attacker 'Usman Khan' shot dead in London, was indeed an ex con - Who in his formative years had been trained by terrorist organisations, but after release from prison set up his own group and very much acted on his own. As suspected there were no communications between an ‘HQ’ and himself. I’m still trying to understand the link between all the attacks in or around London Bridges, fake suicide vests and the lack of coordination from a higher chain of command in relation to planning.
